At PT Ghazi Sukses Eksporindo, we follow a meticulous production process to ensure the highest quality of organic fertilizers. Our process starts with the collection of natural raw materials, which are then composted and processed under controlled conditions. The composting process involves regular turning and monitoring to maintain optimal temperature and moisture levels. Once the compost is fully matured, it is screened and packaged for distribution, ensuring that only the best product reaches our customers.
The characteristics of curniaganic fertilizer, which is now in granular form, has a blackish brown color with an organic C content of at least 15%. Kurniaganik can improve soil structure and nutrients, increase water retention and absorption and enrich macro-micro nutrients so that the use of chemical fertilizers contributes to nutrients being more effective and efficient.
> Apart from the organic C content, there are 17 chemical parameters and 2 biological parameters that must be met in the quality of curniaganic fertilizer. Some of them are water content, granularity, and NPK content.
> With a maximum water content of 20%, it makes it easier for factories to carry out product packaging, distribution and storage.
Overall the factory area reaches 17,063 meters consisting of 4 warehouse units, 1 unit of production space and several areas for mixing raw materials. Apart from the warehouse building, in the factory location there is a prayer room, security post, office space which also includes a meeting room for company meetings.
Tiara Kurnia’s production includes Kurniaganik Granule, kurniaganik crumb and kurniaganik liquid. With a capacity of 26 tons per shift, so with 3 shifts you can achieve an average production of 78 tons of solid granule organic fertilizer.
